We are currently working with a well established and rapidly expanding M&E Contractor with a group turnover of £80m and a strong presence delivering across the commercial, life sciences and healthcare sectors who are looking for an M&E Project Manager to join their London business unit. Reporting to an operations director, you will initially be tasked with leading a notable £25m M&E commercial and labs scheme near Holborn. Joining from pre-construction stage you will take control of a talented team with full autonomy to manage and motivate your team through to PC. The company in question has an exciting order book of schemes upcoming in partnership with leading main contractors including McLaren Construction, John Sisk and Kier and are attracting very talented staff at all levels from larger contractors due to their reputation in the market and modern practices.
