Job Description
MK Search & Selection are currently working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £300m and a strong national presence across sectors delivering across sectors who are looking for an electrical site manager to work on a notable £28m M&E pharma/life-science scheme in Oxford.
Reporting to an electrical project manager, you will join from the very beginning of the install stage and be tasked with managing and motivating the specialist mechanical subcontractors to completion throughout the 2 year programme to PC.
Role/Responsibilities
- Management of subcontractor labour
- Attend site meetings
- Progress reports
- Prepare contract documents I.e. method statements, risk assessments, RFIs, etc.
- Health and safety
- Review and amend RAMS
- Snagging
- Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project.
