Job Description
We have partnered with a leading main contractor with a turnover of €650m and a strong international presence across sectors who are looking to engage with a strong CSA project manager to initially work on a notable 48MW data center they are delivering in Frankfurt Germany.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation, specifically focused on the CSA packages.
- Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors across civil, structural, and architectural disciplines ensuring seamless integration.
- Ensure all CSA packages are executed to the highest standards, with strict adherence to design specifications, project documentation, and quality control measures.
- Identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, implementing proactive solutions to eliminate/minimise delays on project development.
- Enforce compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all teams on site.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers, ensuring that the project objectives and client expectations are met.
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring progress is aligned with the project schedule.
- Provide regular project status reports to the senior management team and clients, highlighting key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Participate in meetings to ensure that all CSA components are aligned with the overall project design and client requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and support the project team, ensuring that everyone is clear on their responsibilities and that project goals are achieved efficiently.
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and CSA in data centre construction techniques.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
Sign off to pay an attractive salary and additional living away package (flights/accommodation/daily allowance) working on a 10/4 rotation. The project is due to run for another 18 months but the company in question have a busy order book across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe for the coming years.
