Mark Kenny Bio
Mark started his recruitment career in the fast paced trades and labour sector before transitioning to white collar M&E in 2015 and progressing through to management level within a large organisation. In 2023, eager for a new challenge and armed with refreshing ideas on how he wanted a recruitment business to operate he made the leap and formed MK Search & Selection.
With a continuous passion for networking to build personal relationships with both candidates and clients, his success has always been in his extensive market knowledge. This enables him to confidently advise on the best career decisions for the individual and for the businesses he is representing.
His current focus is on establishing MK Search as a leading agency in the engineering and construction market by retaining and implementing the traditional recruitment practices that have proved successful while embracing and navigating new technology and practices to keep ahead of the curve and facilitate the companies growth for the many years to come.

Throughout my three years in recruitment, I have gained valuable experience in all aspects of candidate attraction, process management, relationship building, headhunting and information gathering. I am proud to be applying day to day in my role as Account Manager with MK Search where we are committed to providing a seamless experience for both active and passive jobseekers through effective communication and most importantly, integrity. I get satisfaction from seeing the effect that our work has in real time for our clients, the construction and M&E sectors are exciting and fast paced and I'm looking forward to what lies ahead.
In my free time I commit to martial arts training. I'm also a big Arsenal fan and try to go the mighty emirates whenever I can.
