Job Description
We are currently working with a well respected maun contractror with a turnover of £200m and a strong presence across the commercial and super prime residential sectors who are looking for a technical services manager to join their London business unit to initially deliver an £8.5m M&E cat A & B commercial fit out project near Bank station. Joining from pre-construction phase you will work alongside the build team, acting as the MEP specialist at all stages of the project life cycle through to PC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Head of Technical services
• Manage and coordinate all mechanical & electrical services activities on fit out projects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assessments specific to M&E installations
• Liaise with M&E subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Provide M&E expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Monitor the installation and performance of M&E systems, identifying areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and sustainability.
• Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols, particularly in relation to M&E work, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
